5. Speak to a mortgage broker specialising in shared ownership

6. Reserve your preferred plot with our sales consultant

7. Instruct your solicitor and pay search fees

8. Submit your mortgage application and have a mortgage valuation carried out

9. Arrange your deposit and sign contracts

10. Agree your moving date
