I think the property is really lovely. There are things to get used to, like the heating. Now that I have been here for a while, I think it is really neat, tidy and easy to manage.

The house was bigger than the other new builds we looked at. The whole development is very nice, it isn’t oversized and we’ve recommended Shanly Homes already.

The designs and variations of the houses are nice. They’re not all the same. We like the whole house and the sales representative was fantastic throughout the whole process.

It’s private and quiet. It’s very quaint and set back from the High Street. I really like the underfloor heating, it gives me more freedom on how to decorate the room.
